Brand Identity
UNLEASHED is the latest music album releasing by Mk2. For this project I created a brand identity and a series of other brand elements.
A brand identity is the visual and emotional representation of a brand. This includes elements such as LOGO, COLOUR SCHEME, TYPOGRAPHY, and other BRAND WORK.
I rooted my design in this “Roman Empire” era in order to give it arough and tough feel. Dark silhouettes and scary beasts were my main focal points.
Although streaming services have taken over the industry, there is still a high demand for physical media especially in the music community. Vinyls and CDs are now being collected and displayed more and more. Having physical media allows fans and listeners to have a piece of UNLEASHED for themselves.
Overall, the final product is a series of album covers, posters, and visual merchandise that evoke a tough, bold feeling and are cohesive in design.
